Please ask in advance for events, parties, or large gatherings

Please be sure to place the lid back on hot tub when not in use, and do not sit or jump on cover as damage will incur fees.

Additional chlorine is provided, please add one cup each night after use.

The cabin is on a septic system, please do not flush any paper products or feminine products other than toilet paper.

Guest must obey all fire restrictions and burn bands, No Fireworks

Absolutely no cutting or intentional damage to trees or there will be a 1,000.00 dollar fee charged.

Refunds

Refunds will be given under extenuating circumstances if the cabin is damaged beyond a livable status. Please contact Bravo Vacation Rentals first to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, we will work to find another cabin to accommodate you. If necessary, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund after 3-5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
